Wheelchair Basketball!

Its been a pleasure to welcome world champion wheelchair basketball player Nat Pattinson from NP Inclusive to school. Nat and Jack have been bringing wheelchair basketball to Millom Infant School for the past 2 years, and it’s always fantastic to see how much fun everyone has. The sessions aim to raise disability awareness, and encourages the children to demonstrate physical and mental resilience skills. Thank you for a brilliant day Nat!

 

The whole school, including staff, took part in an amazing wheelchair basketball session. All the children were superb and gave it 100% effort!

 

Nat, from Carlisle, has visited more than 400 schools all over the county to inspire the children in sport and enable them to experience wheelchair basketball.
